       Matrix series printers comes in four types and four different table sizes, enabling you to print in different production capacities, ranging from 120x60cm to 110x250cm, and up to 20cm in height. Covering a broad range of materials is not a problem and gives you the opportunity to serve different customer bases. So, materials such as wood, stone, glass, ceramic, metal, plastic are serving as a platform for limitless opportunities. A special primer is developed for a perfect duration of the ink on glass, ceramic and metal. A plug and play rotary device as an add on is also available, enabling you to print on cylindrical objects, such as cups, glasses, champagne bottles, and candles.

MATRIX MONSTER JET     Monster Jet is a unique product on the market, and the only one in its class that can print on objects up to 1m in height. Just like its UV Family, it covers 4 different printing areas (from 120x60cm up to 110x250cm). Of course, in addition to the regular CMYK+W configuration, it offers a gloss finish, that can also turn into matt, depending on how the UV lamp is used to finish the print out.

      All Matrix UV printers fuelled with Azon TurboJet Ink. UV TurboJet Inks are specially developed to ensure vivid colours and maximum fastness on almost any material in case of materials with extremely smooth surface texture, primer is available to make sure that each Matrix UV user can achieve outstanding and satisfying results TurboJet ink is phthalate free ink.

CONTI INK SYSTEM

     Handling the inks have never been easier, fast, clean and simple. Azon CONTI continues ink supply, allows for the printer to be refilled with ink during the printing operations which translate to zero-time loss during the refill.

RIP SOFTWARE

       Azon printer launched complete full-featured Azon RIP software and it is offering different features, tools and add-ons like printing up to 5 layers in inline mode depending on resolution, fading and changing the number of used nozzles, creating emboss or raised print up to 2mm allowing customers on that way to print any ADA- compliant and Braille script standard requested, fading and number of used nozzles, creating embossed or raised print up to 2 mm, decreases needs for Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop and so many more. Azon RIP allows users to instantly choose the proper settings for their most popular applications which dramatically increase the printer’s productivity and overall performance.

SELECTIVE VACUUM

       All printers within Matrix UV series are equipped with vacuum tables. Vacuum tables are separated into zones which can be easily turned off depending on size of the material.

LOOP MODE

       Feature which will enable you to make precision calculation how much time you need to create certain amount of required products. Simply send amount of copy´s you need form RIP software to and turn on loop mode. When printer is finished with the first substrate it will move gantry to second one. While second substrate is printed you can safely remove first one and replace it with blank one. When the second substrate is done gantry will go back first one. This will continue until all copy´s you send from RIP are printed.

ROTARY ATTACHMENT AND NOZZLE PER CHANEL FEATURE

      A plug and play add on for every Matrix UV printer. Rotary attachment together with Azon RIP software will make your application spectrum even wider. While printing on rotary add on you can regulate number of nozzles used per channel. Nozzles regulation allows for printing on round objects with perfect print result every time.
